I founded Malloy Law to provide experienced, attentive litigation counsel to Nashville businesses and individuals facing serious disputes. After several years of practice — including years as a partner in one of Nashville's premier litigation and trial boutiques — I started my own firm because I believe litigation clients deserve a lawyer who knows their case inside and out, returns their calls, and gives them honest assessments rather than false optimism.

My litigation practice serves clients throughout Middle Tennessee, from Nashville and Davidson County to Franklin, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Hendersonville, and Mt. Juliet.
